    What your day here will look like.
    We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals for the role of Property Sales & Leasing Consultant.
    Actively maximize the portfolio of sales and rental listings and built new landlord/ sellers relationship through cold calling, local presence, social media, etc.
    Provide guidance and assist clients purchasing or leasing property for the right price under the best terms.
    Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and understand the property market with a focus on the area assigned to them.
    Assisting clients in a professional manner.
    Building long term relationships with new and existing customers to facilitate sales.
    Following up with clients on regular basis.
    Staying up to date with the property market.
    Updating records on the CRM regularly.Required competencies
    1 or 2 years of experience as a local or international Real Estate broker or sales experience.
    Must be passionate about Real Estates and Sales.
    Self-motivated, ambitious and goal driven.
    Great communication & relationship-building skills.
    Smart presentation, negotiating and networking skills.
    A high level of personal responsibility, integrity, and empathy.
    Willing to work on a Commission only pay structure.
    UAE Driving License preferred.
    RERA certification will be an advantage.What We Offer
