I was born in Tokyo and majored in IT and English at university. Through my study-abroad experience, I became deeply fascinated by living overseas. After graduating, I joined a major corporate group and worked as an engineer on overseas projects related to nuclear and thermal power plants. I later changed careers and supported executive management as a CEO’s assistant at a foreign-affiliated IT company. Through a valuable opportunity to collaborate with a real estate brokerage firm, I was involved in nearly 100 successful property transactions.
At the milestone age of 30, I experienced a working holiday in Australia. After that, I became interested in Dubai’s rapid national growth and decided to relocate there. Dubai is often associated with luxury and wealth, leading many to assume that real estate prices are high; however, there are actually many affordable properties available. I hope more people will take an interest in Dubai and consider its real estate market as part of their future plans.
